It offers excellent service. The room is functional and beautifully designed with a lovely view to a private garden. The staff are very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating, managed the parking nearby.
The bathrooms are a little small.

Amazing and decent location, and meals were splendid!!!
I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. Location: the hotel was next to the centre as well as the zoo. And there was Burgermeester with short-orders minutes away from the venue, super convenient.

The deposit in amount of 100 euro was charged off from my credit card on arriving day. The receptionist explained me the purpose of this operation only after I ask him. The hotel haven't been still refunding my deposit.

The room was modern and spacious with practical amenities like storage, a coffeemaker, and an iron. the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food and drinks to cater to everyone. - the staff was incredibly accommodating and very friendly.
The hotel's location near the Jewish Corner Museum was wonderful.

The small double room with 2 twin beds was sumptuous and enjoyable. the location was fantastic, adjacent to the zoo, making it convenient for exploring Amsterdam. It is a lovely spot for a picnic in front of the flamingos, and close to central districts, the metro, and the number 19 tram.

Maids could have done more that make the beds - e.g. wipe the bathroom and dressing table shelves

not bad location, reasonable priced, more of a budget hotel.
room very small, bathroom was tiny - you could not even sit on the toilet properly!! location was ok for the city centre, however next time i will pay a little more for a better location and better standards.
